The wedding Experience

She shot our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding day - we were absolutely blown away by her work! She has such a creative eye and is able to capture such real, organic moments but also somehow elevate them and make them so beautiful and special. She made us feel comfortable and like "us" (especially my husband who does not like taking photos). Susan is kind, flexible, reliable, responsive, and just an overall joy to work with. We are so grateful for her and the memories she captured for us. By far the best decision we made for our wedding day. We highly highly recommend Susan for all photography needs, but especially weddings!

For one, she's an incredibly, incredibly talented photographer. Our engagement and wedding pictures were amazing -- we couldn't believe how perfectly she'd captured us! You can feel our personalities and emotions from the photos, and she captured all the details beautifully. Perhaps more significantly, Susan is an incredible person. My husband and I felt at ease with her from the moment we met her, and she made both days so fun and lighthearted -- we had such a good time with her. We both feel that we came away from our experience with not only beautiful pictures but also a new friend.

She made us feel super comfortable and nothing felt super posed at all. The engagement session itself felt like we're just hanging out with an old friend! The pictures themselves came out AMAZING and we just had all the feels looking at all of them.
